BuildBond FR is a composite panel consisting of two aluminium sheets and a fire-retardant polymer and mineral core, classified as “B-s1, d0”, for applications where it is necessary to ensure that flames do not spread when exposed to fire.
This panel can be produced in various dimensions, up to a width of 2 m with BuildBond XL, providing added value for the most demanding projects.
Composite panels are lightweight, flat, impact-resistant and flexible, and are easy to process and shape in a variety of ways.
As a standard solution, BuildBond FR is coated with high-performance 70/30 polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), offering excellent durability, colour consistency and a warranty of up to 20 years.
BuildBond FR panels are particularly recommended for ventilated façade projects, interior decoration, corporate identity elements, industry and transport applications.
